On this Grand California 600 we installed the following
- Dometic FJX72200 Air conditioner
- 628AH Fogstar Lithium battery
- Victron 2KVA Multi
- Full GX control System
- 90 amp Votronic split charge upgrade
- 55 litre under slung gas tank
If a customer would rather not loose any of their storage space when upgrading thier VW Grand California, we now have a good option.
On this conversion we used the original gas locker to house the power equipment. We achieved this by installing a 55 litre under slung gas tank, this not only increased the amount of gas capacity by over 10 litres, but allowed us to utilise the original gas cupboard. The gas tank is filled using a discrete filler mounted on the rear bumper
This vehicle was supplied without the air conditioning option, as the rear sky light fitted is too big to allow for retrofitting an aircon, fitting the aircon in the centre of the vehicle is a good option, it is a tight fit, but it does fit.
By installing a 628AH Fogstar lithium battery and a Victron 2KVA it will be possible to run the aircon while driving or for about 8 hours when not plugged into a mains supply

- AC loads
- DC loads
- battery state of charge
- The LPG tank level
- Grid assist
- Remote access
